Do I need to know anything about AI?

What's the difference between my assistant and Aetherbot™?
Your assistant works for you, on your accounts. Aetherbot™ is our back-office bot. It picks up the requests your assistant can't handle and works them with the Final Phase team.
Will it send things without asking me?
No. Every email, post, or publish waits for an explicit YES from you.
What is a Grok Bot, and do I need one?
Grok Bot is a bot product from xAI. You only need your own for the BYO plan. Managed includes the bot subscription, and Bot by Mail needs no bot at all.
What does setup include?
Connecting your core apps, building your knowledge wiki, configuring your brief and approval emails, and a training session. We quote it after a 30-minute fit call.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Many customers start with Bot by Mail or one workflow and move up when they see it working.
